Before dinner, filthy-Finn must take a bath to wash the mud from his hair, grease from his arms, and dirt from his hands.  As he is getting ready for the bath, he imagines his bath water as various delicious foods.  What would it be like to bathe in whipping cream or strawberry Jell-O?  Or maybe chocolate pudding?  Or, how much fun could it be to bathe in popcorn?  He could throw it into the air and catch it is his mouth while he sits there and gets clean.  Oh, the possibilities!
